Wedding Collection Process
for all the invitations and save the dates in the collection
1. Choose your Design
Look through all the design options I have available. Choose the correct package based on your budget and items needed in your suite. There are also add-ons you may select such as wax seals, belly bands, addressing, and more. You can also order a sample before selecting your suite to see the design, papers, and color options.
2. ready to start
Once you have placed your order and paid the 50% retainer. I will send over a link to your own portal that you can use to access all our emails, contracts, forms, and proofing. There will be a contract and questionnaire to gather any wording needed for your stationery.
Once I have received your signed contract and the questionnaire is completed I will work on your first design proof that is customized with your colors and wordings. There will be 2 rounds of proofs for save the dates and 3 rounds of proofs for invitation suites. Each proof takes about 3-5 business days from when you complete the forms.
Once the design is perfect we will proceed with a final proof and print release to double-check and confirm that all spelling, dates, names, etc are all correct before proceeding to print. Final payment is also due at this time.
Once I received the print release and final payment, I will start printing and assembling. Production can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks depending on quantity, printing techniques, and any add-ons.
5. they are ready!
I can’t wait for you to see them! They will either be sent to you with tracking and insurance or if you are local I will send an email to schedule a time for pick-up/drop-off. I also offer mailing services for your guests, but you must schedule a consultation or email to talk about this service.
